All products made within our butchery and fish departments are labelled with any allergens they may contain. However, despite all reasonable precautions having been taken to prevent cross contamination of the raw materials used in the manufacturing process, our products may contain traces of the following:

Fish Department: Fish, Molluscs, Crustaceans. 

Butchery:  Celery, Cereals Containing Gluten, Eggs, Milk, Mustard, Soya, Sulphur Dioxide.

Due to stringent food safety requirements and allergen cross contamination potential regarding gluten within products, Cooper Foods does not make any fresh gluten free products ourselves. We do however carry a range of gluten free products in the freezer, sourced from accredited gluten free suppliers.
